What an incredible week it’s been at the Melbourne Cup Carnival! 🚁✨
I (Leisure Heli Tours) had the pleasure of providing corporate and private helicopter transfers, and it was truly a whirlwind of experiences. From the moment I arrived at Essendon Fields, I was surrounded by the excitement and glamour that this iconic event brings. Meeting some marvellous and engaging people was definitely a highlight—everyone was buzzing with enthusiasm, sharing stories and laughter.
The fashion was absolutely stunning! I was in awe of the exquisite dresses and sharp suits that graced the people flying into the event. Each outfit was a work of art, adding to the vibrant atmosphere.
As for the weather, it was a mixed bag—gorgeous sunshine one day, and then a sudden downpour the next! But that’s Melbourne for you; it keeps you on your toes. Regardless, the city’s charm shone through, showcasing its beautiful sights and exceptional restaurants.
And of course, nothing quite compares to seeing the city from above. The helicopter views were breathtaking, making it all the more special.
